This would be done on the first visit. The visit includes a thorough exam, history, gait analysis, alignment and stretching. This should be done 24 hours prior to an event. A care plan will be given at the end of this visit. 

A follow-up visit for an alignment and thorough stretching. This should be done 24 hours prior to any event. 

Perform an evaluation and assessment only. This would NOT include an alignment but would give you a better idea if chiropractic alignments will help.
